NVAK Collective is a next-generation record label and artist advocacy collective that fully embraces web3 to drive change for creators. The organization consists of five entities: Records, Media, Management, Publishing, and the 501c3 non-profit, Nvak Foundation.

  • NVAK Records: A mission-driven Record Label superserving women, non-binary, and LGBTQ+ artists from emerging markets. The primary focus is on music as an export for emerging economies, global hit records, and hands-on A&R and Marketing.
  • NVAK Media: The Computer Graphics and Web3 arm developing Music Video Games and on-chain Fan Clubs. The primary focus is on easy, faster, fairer payment models, direct-to-fan engagement, and digital x physical experiences.
  • NVAK Management: A management company tapping emerging market musicians into the resources and network of the developed music industry.
  • NVAK Publishing: A publishing company dedicated to establishing producer and songwriter networks that tell the untold stories of artists historically overlooked in the music industry. It's set to launch in 2023.
  • NVAK Foundation: A 501c3 non-profit providing equitable access to music education and holistic care resources to artists globally in the form of small grants covering everything from therapy & psychiatry, to health insurance, dental care, internet access, rent, and other essential needs.

Scope of Work

As a Founding Member and Discord Administrator for NVAK Collective, my role was multifaceted, primarily revolving around community engagement and management.

Community Engagement and Management:

As a Discord Administrator, I was responsible for creating a vibrant and engaging environment for the collective's members. This involved active participation in discussions, resolving any community issues, and maintaining the integrity of the server.

Founding Member:

Although I was a founding member at NVAK Collective, my involvement in the core founding team activities increased recently. Until then, my primary contributions were towards community building and management.

Advocacy for Web3 Integration:

NVAK Collective is a next-generation record label and artist advocacy collective that fully embraces web3 to drive change for creators. Being part of this vision, I contributed to discussions and strategies for restructuring how IP is created, managed, and monetized using blockchain technology and NFT Collections.

My role at NVAK Collective was multifaceted, encompassing community engagement and management, business development, marketing strategy, sales funnel creation, and client relationship management.

As a Discord Administrator, I was responsible for fostering a vibrant and engaging environment for the collective's members. This involved active participation in discussions, resolving any community issues, and maintaining the integrity of the server.

As a founding member at NVAK Collective, I was actively involved in the core founding team activities. My primary contributions were towards community building and management, and more recently, my involvement in the core activities of the collective has increased.

Business Development:

I was instrumental in identifying and pursuing strategic business opportunities for NVAK Collective. This involved market research, competitive analysis, and the development of new business strategies to drive growth and profitability.

Marketing Strategy:

I played a key role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote NVAK Collective and its initiatives. This included planning and executing marketing campaigns, managing social media platforms, and tracking the effectiveness of our marketing efforts.

Sales Funnel Creation:

I was responsible for creating and managing the sales funnel, ensuring a steady stream of potential clients. This involved identifying potential leads, nurturing these relationships, and converting them into clients.

Client Relationship Management:

I managed relationships with clients, ensuring their needs were met and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction. This involved regular communication with clients, addressing any issues or concerns, and providing ongoing support.

Advocacy for Web3 Integration:

NVAK Collective is a next-generation record label and artist advocacy collective that fully embraces web3 to drive change for creators. Being part of this vision, I contributed to discussions and strategies for restructuring how music IP is financed, monetized, created, and experienced using blockchain technology and NFT Collections.
